Founded in 1999 by Rob and Lola Salazar, Salazar Family Foundation is located in Denver, Colorado. It has been a major contributor to The Denver Foundation, The Denver Public Schools Foundation, the Jefferson Foundation, Latin American Educational Foundation, Mi Casa Resource Center and Escuela de Guadalupe. In partnership with these quality non-profit organizations, Salazar Family Foundation provides educational opportunities through scholarships, literacy programs and classroom grants. The Denver Foundation

The mission of The Denver Foundation is to inspire people and mobilize resources to strengthen the community. Since 1925, The Denver Foundation has helped people be catalysts for good by building charitable legacies.

As Colorado’s oldest and largest community foundation, The Denver Foundation helps people give back to Metro Denver in ways that are meaningful — to them and to the community.

Escuela de Guadalupe

Escuela de Guadalupe is a private, community-based, financially accessible Pre-Kinder to 8th grade school of excellence that develops compassionate leaders for the world of tomorrow. It focuses on providing a quality dual-language education.

Escuela de Guadalupe serves a diverse student-body from across the Denver-metropolitan area and prides itself on making its quality educational program financially accessible to all families. Approximately half of its students are native English speakers when they begin and half are native Spanish speakers. All students emerge with full literacy in all subjects in both languages.

Warren Village

Warren Village exists so low-income, single-parent families can achieve sustainable personal and economic self-sufficiency.

Living in poverty and homelessness is not only stressful but can result in feelings of fear, hopelessness, and prioritization of daily survival over long-term planning. Warren village’s goal is to help low-income, single-parent families make the journey from poverty to self-sufficiency. Utilizing a two-generation (2gen) approach, warren village provides comprehensive resources to empower these parents to change their life trajectory.
